Table Top Chain Conveyors
We provide a highly cleanable and fully modular update to the traditional table top chain conveyor. We use only quality Rexnord chain components. Our competitors’ choose to use lower grade copy cat materials. All welds are continuous, smooth and passivated. Legs are stood off with welded spacers and all joints utilize connector plates that are stood off with fully welded spacers. Wear surfaces utilize HPV polymers which have exceptionally good sliding properties and exhibit a very low temperature development with both resulting in lower wear and a longer lifespan of the entire system. Our proprietary design has passed the stringent requirements of the dairy industry and will work perfectly for your more sanitary applications. We also offer a powder coated designs for non-wash down applications.
