He is the Founder and President of CONOVEY, a leading Canadian manufacturer specializing in innovative conveying solutions for the food, packaging, and industrial sectors.

Throughout his career, Allan has been instrumental in designing, building, and scaling advanced conveyor technologies, including sanitary conveyors, spiral systems, and custom material-handling solutions. He founded Span Tech Canada, which later evolved into CONOVEY, successfully growing the company from a small operation into a nationally recognized manufacturing brand with state-of-the-art facilities.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Allan combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business acumen. His expertise spans product development, operations management, engineering problem-solving, and executive leadership, enabling him to deliver practical, high-performance solutions tailored to complex customer needs.
